The Host

Florence’s academic research and interventions has focused on physiological and cognitive burnout in shift workers in hospital physicians and other personnel in stressful and physically challenging professions around the world. She has developed a cross disciplinary approach to the detection and remediation of burnout using physiological data, mathematics and physics for complex system modelling of body and brain functions. Her current role in technology-based healthcare solutions has informed her knowledge and understanding of the vital impacts of daily behaviours on health and diseases and on the management of high performance, physical and cognitive.
